and life passages. Jenny brings an energy to her coaching relationships that

Coaching
Approach
The coaching
relationship is an individualized, integrated approach that OPENS new
possibilities for the client to:
Own
your personal power
Perform
to your values and commitments
Embrace
your truths with courage and appreciation
Nurture
yourself and others
Strengthen
your interpersonal connections with conversations that matter
Direct and open conversations within a coaching relationship create space and
fresh perspective for the client to clarify what they want to be different,
examine what can get in the way, and enable increased competencies as a
human being and leader.
Trained as both a professional and life coach, Jenny appreciates the mystery
and possibilities of change and transformation. As a coach, she utilizes
models and ideas that embrace multiple aspects of what it means to be human,
and to enhance long-term excellent performance.
Jenny’s clients learn to align their choices to their values, and implement
behavioral changes that enable greater competence and success as they define
it. Each client learns how to become self-correcting and self-generating
after the coaching relationship ends.
