Jenny’s Biography

Jenny brings a wealth of life and work experience to each client coaching relationship. In addition to coaching, Jenny is an internal communications manager within a Fortune 500 corporation. In this role, she consults with leaders and managers on communication strategies and conversations that encourage higher employee engagement.

Coaching clients benefit from Jenny’s broad experience in sales, marketing, services/product management, and operations within the high-tech industry. Jenny’s previous roles in various leadership capacities provide context and a reality-based foundation for her coaching relationships.

Growing up in a family of nine children on a dairy farm, and her experiences as a spouse and parent, bring an appreciation and understanding for interpersonal communication, teamwork, and life passages. Jenny brings an energy to her coaching relationships that enables clients to integrate their personal life values and strengths with career and leadership development goals.

Coaching Approach

The coaching relationship is an individualized, integrated approach that OPENS new possibilities for the client to:

Own your personal power

Perform to your values and commitments

Embrace your truths with courage and appreciation

Nurture yourself and others

Strengthen your interpersonal connections with conversations that matter

Direct and open conversations within a coaching relationship create space and fresh perspective for the client to clarify what they want to be different, examine what can get in the way, and enable increased competencies as a human being and leader.

Trained as both a professional and life coach, Jenny appreciates the mystery and possibilities of change and transformation. As a coach, she utilizes models and ideas that embrace multiple aspects of what it means to be human, and to enhance long-term excellent performance.

Jenny’s clients learn to align their choices to their values, and implement behavioral changes that enable greater competence and success as they define it. Each client learns how to become self-correcting and self-generating after the coaching relationship ends.
