Jenny's Background
Martha Beck Says

Dr. Martha Beck, founder of North Star Life Coaching, says…

"We pre-qualify all our North Star coaching candidates prior to training because it takes a person with both life experience and direct interpersonal communication skills to be a great life coach. A great life coach to us means a person who facilitates the life growth process by holding up a mirror for the client. They are highly skilled at listening, asking appropriate questions, providing honest appraisals, and applying the North Star methodology to help a client uncover who and what they really yearn for at their core, and are equipped to be or become.

Jenny demonstrates a knack for getting to the heart or root of an issue.

She is not afraid to ask the difficult questions to get you thinking about what is really holding your back. She looks for what is true for you, and will ask you for confirmation and guidance that you are on the right path for you.

Her own life experiences have taught her that questioning can lead to new insights and behaviors that impact the end results and make the journey joyful. While Jenny is realistic and down-to-earth, she also brings compassion and understanding.

Jenny, like other North Star Life Coaches drawn to this methodology and life work, have gone through their own process of uncovering what is true for them and making the appropriate choices and changes. For one reason or another, most have had to search for what they personally need in life, and most have had to deal with an obstacle course of some kind. The beauty of learning to navigate your own life that may not have been so easy brings a resilience and depth to facilitating the process for others."
